Please help me find this dog’s owner!!!! My boyfriend found her near 5401 w Washington street this morning on the way to work. She is blind and also appears to be deaf (the harness is ours; we put it on to help guide her). She is slow moving and very timid. She does not like to be picked up but she’s harmless. She is fed and watered and in a safe place. We plan to take her to the humane society tomorrow to see if she is chipped // if they can help. She’s such a sweet girl!!!!🥺
