Were you told that it was unregistered? or do you know if there is owner information on the chip? either way if you have the chip number I can help you try to locate owners. I currently have possession of this sweet dog. She needs a foster, I have an unfixed male German shepherd, many cats, and we just picked up 3 foster kittens yesterday. We do not have room for her and absolutely need help with her!
