Hi I live on Bryson st, between Duane way and Missouri. Last night I arrived at midnight, I saw a doggy matching this description, ( on Alexander and Duane way, sitting on a water puddle) had no tail or tucked in. I tried to talk to him, but he was very scared and trying to run away, so i backed down. He kept going north on Bryson running on sidewalk past my house. I hope you can still find him. I'm so sorry I wasn't able to apprehend him, he was very scared. Let me know if you need anything else. Hope this helps. I’ve sent you an email with my info as well.
