Pierre Lussier yes it was deceased. The hunane society still does a 5 day stray hold on DOA animals to give the owner a chance to claim the body before they send it for cremation

Pierre Lussier no, he was hit by a car and was a DOA. The humane society picked him up and his stray hold is probably about over for the owner to claim.
