My family & I are caring for this dog. Whatever home he escaped from, since the leash that he was tied from, was snapped. After removing the harness because I saw patches of bald spots, we saw the dog has no hair in the area where the harness wraps and on his chest. He is bald. He was not properly cared for, for whatever the reason may be. The dog was taken to an urgent vet clinic where he was treated. He was also checked for a microchip, and there was no microchip found. The vet discussed he was in pretty bad shape & was not taken care of. We took full responsibility for the dog and the bill for him to get better. He has an ear infection, skin infection on spots, a yeast infection on his skin, hotspots and flea dirt. He is currently on antibiotics for 14 days, steroids every 12hrs, plus a flea/mange treatment. He is eating well and staying hydrated indoors. He is being cared for medically and is an addition to our family, in which we welcomed him dearly and helped him to feel comfortable since he was very itchy and such condition. He is getting the loving care as he deserves and he will soon get better. This has also been posted on Nextdoor.
