We noticed this cat last night outside of our hse. Super friendly. Tried to pick the cat up, but he gets scared and runs off. When I woke up this morning, he is still outside of my hse. I have tried giving the cat water and food, but he won’t eat or drink. Unfortunately, I cannot bring him in my hse. I have other animals.
