It sounds like you just adopted her and she got away? Oh no. Look in any bush, tree, under cars, any little area she could hide. Look at night with a flashlight - it’s easier to see her eyes. She probably is scared and is hiding very close to Pet Supermarket. Put up flyers near the store - ask employees to look out for her. Ask the manager if they have outside cameras they can check. I really hope you find her.

Please go out at night with a flashlight and look under bushes, in trees, yards and neighbors garages. She may be trapped in someone’s garage or shed. Ask your neighbors to check their cameras. Also put up trail cameras all over your yard. If you see her and she is too scared to come to you, you may need to get a humane trap and put in food and/or clothes you wore for her to get your scent, but never leave the trap unattended! Shake her dry food while gently calling her name. Indoor cats usually stay close to home, hide and come out at night. Create a color poster and put one on your door and go door to door with the posters to your neighbors. Call, go on their website and visit Broward County Animal Care every day. Take a piece of clothing you wore, drag it all over your yard leading to your door. She might catch the scent of it. Post about your cat on the Nextdoor app too. Look for her at night when it's quiet. Bring a bag of treats with you. Shake the bag and call her name. Look under cars and in the bushes. She may be hiding in plain sight. Post Flyers
