Do they have a fluffy tail? I saw this cat last night near Jarret and ne 25 Ave. They have a bell collar but I didn't see a heart one. They were moving a lot and it was dark so my photo isn't good I'm sorry. But they were friendly and came when I made cat noises and ate a couple treats. I didn't notice white markings.
