Post on texoma lost and found check Sherman animal shelter too put up flyers at stores and post offices and vet offices and neighborhood apartments put out dirty socks anything that has your scent on it food and water blankets check garages and sheds trees and storage buildings and neighborhood bushes shake treats in morning and late evening calling his name check neighborhood post pawsboost post on other lost and found post all things Sherman

If you have lost your cat, HELPFUL HINTS ONLY… walk the neighborhood, do not drive, they might be able to pick up on your scent. Plus as you walk talk to your baby as if you were at home, some times them just hearing your soft voice they will call out to you...if they love treats take a bag with you and shake it as you walk...Check drains and culverts, cats tend to hid… Post fliers at all surrounding vets and file a lost report at all surrounding shelters... large sign with pic in your front yard ...Please note that people will pick up your baby in one town and drop it off at a shelter in another town...IF YOUR BABY IS CHIPPED PLEASE NOTIFY THE CHIP COMPANY THAT YOUR BABY IS LOST AND MAKE SURE YOUR CHIP INFO IS UP TO DATE IF NOT DO THAT ASAP...plus if you are in a small town please notify your PD . Helpful hint, is to place your fliers into a plastic sleeve before hanging, this will keep them protected longer... Animals can travel far before you know it. Leave garage door ajar. Place bedding on front porch, I have heard that you might want to take a flash light at night and check in the bushes around you, they get scared and just could be hiding....Make sure you keep a close eye on Craig's List...1. Because some people don't use fb and have no clue about these lost and found pages. 2. Because it is possible your pet was taken so it could be resold on there or re-home for fees. YES it happens everyday...Praying your baby makes it back home safe and sound.... Might ask neighbors about cameras that might have caught something that would help to bring your fur baby home safe.
