Donna thank you so much for following up with me. I am going to call the spca today to update them as well so that I can get her info switched over to mine. We've already reinforced the gates in our yard so that she can't get out. We are in the process of getting her and our cats acclimated. It's a slow process but we believe it's going to work out just fine. Thank you for all you do to help keep animals safe and return them to their owners. You're the best!!!!

Kelly Kellz Townes Great, well that is awesome for you then. Some people are so cruel to do that to their own animals. That's okay, because karma is going to catch up to them. Again, thank you for taking care of Ms. Nova Ray 🐾 and bless you for being so kind. I will update records on Next Door. No, she is still in my care. the Maryland SPCA advised me to continue o reach out to the owner and if she doesn't pick her up then I can claim her. I won't leave her at the shelter. She's too sweet of a dog to just leave her like that. Not even for a couple days. Yes, I feel like they just let her out and closed the door.

Kelly Kellz Townes Thank you for being so kind to this sweet pup. So the dog had the 72 hour stray hold already? If they don't pick up the dog from SPCA, you can call them about adoption procedures for the dog. It seems like people are just letting their dogs go and don't want them anymore. It so very sad.

Donna Yes! So we took her to the Maryland SPCA today and she is chipped. After several calls the owner did call me back. Ummmmmmmmm, I'm super annoyed because she never asked to come get her dog. I asked her to contact the company that chipped her so she could transfer ownership to me and I haven't heard back from her. That was at 1:30 this afternoon.
