Dog was found in bad shape. Currently at Animal Foundation. Brown and white pit. Skin and bones with scs and burns, skin allergies, sunburnt with peeling skin.

I think possibly mistreated and the owners just let it go. A homeless guy gave me a leash water and food for him until he got picked up and he asked around the neighborhood but the only similar dog to him was a female.
