We believe Doug got on/in the car but we did not see him along any of the road ways so hopefully he got off safely. He could be anywhere near Willow Spring High School all the way down Old Honeycutt Road. Judd Parkway near any of these intersections; East Academy, Holland Road, Angier Road to Hwy 401 near Wagstaff Road.
