Hello neighbors!! There is a very very sweet young stray male cat that has been roaming around my complex the past couple weeks that I’ve been feeding. He has been very shy but today was wanting love/pets from me… almost feels like he was someone’s pet before, was not acting feral at all! I sat with him for 20 minutes, he was on his back begging for belly rubs before running off after getting spooked 🥺 He is not neutered. I have two cats already… is there anyone who has any resources to help him, to foster, or if anyone is interested in adopting him he would be the BEST little addition to someone’s family. I would take him personally if I didn’t already have two. 😭 please reach out to me, let’s try to help this little one! Looks like a year old or less.

Shared. Just in case, get him scanned for a microchip. Any vet can do it, and some pet stores can scan as well. Usually done at no cost. Call ahead to verify and schedule if they require it. Post on Nextdoor as well and check for updates on both websites. Also check lists of missing kitties online, could be reported missing on any of them. Go back a bit to make sure you don't miss the post. Not everyone checks social media, post flyers in the area. Include veterinary offices and pet stores when you post the flyers. Ask for proof when someone contacts you to claim the kitty, and pay very close attention to the kitty's reaction to the person. Good luck 💖
