Post to the Nextdoor Neighbor app for your area as not everyone is on fb. Alert ALL neighbors. Look inside of bldgs, sheds, and garages. Ask neighbors if they can check their security cameras to see if they spot her. There may be people who feed indoor/outdoor cats, he may find that feeding station. Keep gently calling his name especially at night and feeding times. Shake a treat bag or his favorite noisy toy. Use a laser light or flashlight to draw his attention to you.
