Sally Ferrell I’m the owner of this puppy and I found her shortly after I made this post. I usually do not let her go in the area where she ended up at in the yard. I try my best to keep her safe at all times. I’m very diligent and a very cautious owner of things like this. I appreciate the concern though. She is okay.

Next door AND Neighbors by ring (you don't need the ring camera for this app- it's not the Ring app) These #1 way to reach people in the immediate vicinity. Please hurry! And most likely the owners or the person that found your dog. Dogs are usually within 1 to 3 mi of their home. If you are an owner looking for your pet you also should be on these two apps. IMMEDIATELY! Most people that find a pet post them on their first! You need to be on BOTH!! THEY HAVE A 75% RETURN RATE. NOTHING ELSE IS THAT HIGH. FOR QUICK RESULTS POST THREE TIMES A DAY OR EVERY 4 HOURS. AND ALSO MAJOR IMPORTANT COMMENT EVERY 20 TO 30 MINUTES ON YOUR POST FOR A DAY OR TWO.

There are rescue workers across the valley working the lost dog cases right now from the 4th of July runaways. It's the busiest day of the year and it leads on for weeks!!!!! Many pets will be put to sleep at the County shelter because owners don't find them in time. It's the owner's responsibility to put clear information in their post so that rescue volunteers can help you find your own pet. The valley is 10,000 square miles. That's worse than a needle and a haystack. For this reason you need to put in the VERY 1ST LINE A reward with the amount (if it's urgent to you that you find your dog safely. ) Then the major cross streets and your city. NOT YOUR LITTLE SIDE NEIGHBORHOOD STREETS. AFTER THAT YOU PUT YOUR INFO ON YOUR DOG. Then your contact information which is hopefully a phone number because if your dog is running in the street about to get hit by a car you don't want to get an email the next morning. 😕

Puppies are often found and kept and not given back! For this reason I would put a reward with the amount because nobody pays attention to the word reward only. If you really want your dog this is what works but only if you hurry after 2 days they often ignore the reward as well.

I'm praying for this dog's safety! Puppies can't be left alone. Unintended outside in this heat and stuff, and I just pray, that a big bird of prey, like I have over at my house that come around the big Hawks and stuff. I have little dogs. I have to always go out with when they go outside. Because they're constantly a threat around where I live. Put up posters on the stop signs

A hole in the fence, an eight week old puppy..gee what can go wrong? Shame on this owner for not being diligent. I hope this pup returns home & the owner does better.
