Navy Boulevard and Celeste Place - 2 dachshund initially spotted approx 6/20 and have been spotted multiple times today 6/27. Appears they are sleeping an old metal RV cover on an empty property nearby. I put out some food and they ate but they wont let us get close. The long haired one runs straight away and the short haired one maintains distance while barking.
