You need to reply so people know you are seeing these comments. Pawboost email sometimes doesn't work. Youshould put a phone##. It has a collar so it belongs to someone. If you make it possible for someone to contact you directly, someone can come and scan the cat maybe find the owner. MOst people are NOT on social media so if you haven't heard from the owner by now, posting signs may be the only path to success. Best of luck kitty.
