I’d keep the little thing. Anyone that doesn’t protect a baby shouldn’t have a kitten!!! Total irresponsibility. If someone does step forward ask for proof of ownership. Anyone could say this is their kitten. Cant be too careful with animal abusers and cat haters out there. Someone could have just turned the poor little thing out to fend for himself. Breaks my heart.
