Boa Nia Corp no I don't know the circumstances, microchip is great. I wish more would do. But also with a tag and collar with your info and our vets your more like to get a call or message. Alot of people will not take their time to go and get it scanned. I see many just kept or dumped at the shelter or even worse. Just saying from experience.
