Rag Doll or Himalayan Kitten maybe 10-12 months old
Message from Finder
The cat was sitting in a bush but looks like an indoor cat. The picture is not exact. She/He came up to me and sniffed my hand then hissed and ran away. Seemed out of place to be outside. Mostly white some grey on the head. Was hiding in the bushes around the pier at Lake Promenade Park.
