a very friendly puppy near the side of the road in the Porters Neck / Scotts Hill area today. I took him to the emergency vet to have him checked and scanned, but unfortunately he does not have a microchip. He was found without a collar and had fleas evidence of fleas, so I'm hoping to locate his family as soon as possible. If you believe this may be your puppy, please message me directly. Proof of ownership will be required - such as photos, vet records, or being able to accurately describe identifying characteristics that I am intentionally leaving out of this post. Please share with local shelters, rescues, neighborhood groups, and anyone in the Porters Neck/Scotts Hill
