Some tips (you may have already done these things): go out late at night when it's quiet and call him. Shake a can of treats or bring stinky food. Put up big, in-your-face fliers with a picture. Also try and reach out to this rescue team LOST_PET_RESCUE, they are the experts i hired when my daughter lost her puppy and they brought her home safe. Have neighbors check their garages and sheds. Check the websites of your local animal shelters. Maybe call vet offices. Praying he returns homešŸ™

Put his litter box outside. Cats can smell a familiar scent from a long way. And watch out for POS scammers (Lauren Hood). They just want personal info from you ie: cell ph. #.

Tips to Help a Missing Cat Find its Way Home šŸˆšŸ¾ Most cats stay nearby, however, be aware that they are great at hiding and can fit into small/tight spaces that you wouldnā€™t expect. Put his/her litter box on the porch (or in your garage with the door opened a few inches) along with a blanket or article of clothing that has his scent and yours on it. Check frequently to see if heā€™s out there. They can smell from a long ways away. Look in sheds garages under cars and bushes up in trees and in window wells. Ask your neighbors if you can look in their backyards and sheds (he may be trapped inside). Remember, if you have a garage keep the door open enough so he can get inside. Itā€™s also a good idea put something of his out there, so he can identify that heā€™s found his home. Put up flyers and go to local animal shelters in personā€”donā€™t just call! The best time to look for him is late at night and early in the morning when itā€™s quiet out. Call his name softly and listen for him to answer. Return to places you have looked and search those areas again.
