This beautiful cat has been spotted for about a week in my neighborhood, it meows a lot and seems to want help but is also very skittish. Hoping it has an owner who can come rescue it!

see if you can bring it inside as there are many coyotes in the St. Petersburg area and very dangerous for him to be left outside. If you can't bring him in, try contacting animal shelters. Leaving him outside is the worst place for him.
