Chocolate Doberman pinscher mix

Saw this dog roaming this morning. I tried to get him to eat food. He only ate a little bit of cat food and drink water. He let me pet him. However, he did not follow me anywhere to the backyard. He just took off walking slowly. I had to go to work, so I unfortunately couldn't walk with him or try to leash him down however I have seen him in this area and would love for his owners to know to come every day and look for this dog. He is beautiful and amazing and I really want him to get back home.
