I am desperate to get him back. I got Maverick recently when I was finally ready for a new dog after suddenly losing my dog last Summer at 7 years old. I've already bonded with Maverick so much. He's made me so happy. And now I feel I'm once again going through the grieving process because I'm missing my little guy. I need him back.

Hang some of your unwashed clothes out so the dog can pick up your scent. If you haven’t already, call police depts. in your area, county and local shelters, vets, with a description of your dog. Some PDs are very helpful about taking info on lost/found pets. Make up large, easily read flyers and post them in your neighborhood. Post a lost ad on nextdoor.com. Visit the local shelters or humane society every couple of days IN PERSON, don't just call. They have so many dogs that it’s easy to overlook one. Good luck!
