Message from Finder
Found this cat inside the parking lot of my apmt complex at The Edge, wandering in a circle with a flea collar on. He appears to be young and unneutered with a white spot on his chest. Was not happy to be taken from where he is was and growled a little but otherwise friendly. Currently holding him on my balcony.
