Elaine Patterson he has been out here for at least a month now. We (apartment complex) have two stray cats outside and this boy definitely is not like them. We can tell he hasn't been hunting the rabbits or other critters we have out here and is kind of emaciated. He is very vocal and sweet though. Our complex is super busy with cars speeding in and out so I just want him to be safe and stay alive. I have a one year old puppy who is still very hyper. And they have met but obviously have to be cautious and take it slow with each. If I could take him inside, I would.
