Found today in Santa Clara neighborhood around 5-6pm was wearing a mostly black and white scarf around her neck like a homemade collar but no information on it.

Monalee Lessard JI thought perhaps some children found him and tried to put the scarf on as a collar but then he ran away again. I hope it wasn’t as sinister as some have implied but then who knows.🙏❤️😢

Is that a bunch of rope around this pup’s neck? What is that!? Hopefully the dog is not just out in the yard, and is being treated fairly by its owners… it definitely bears investigating.. Chipped? Doesn’t look like it has a collar. It looks like it has some kind of frayed rope. Thank you for taking care of this beautiful baby!
