Then your job is to notify the Shelter and authorities & you have an obligation to hold that dog until contact is made with the owner , you STOLE that dog. Her personal life and how she lives is none of your business, especially putting it out on SM

Rebecca Sanders this dog was brought to us and we were told he was living in deplorable conditions and owner is hospitalized routinely due to alcoholism. We have attempted to make contact with owner but no phone number provided. This dog is not doing well with other dogs, he is not nice, perhaps you would like to come get him?
