Please contact me if you have any information about this sweet dog. I found him at River Oaks park (Pumpkin Park) today Sunday July 5. Sunset Animal Clinic found no chip and he had no collar. His toenails are perfectly manicured which made me think he belonged to someone but I’m afraid he was dumped .
