She is very sweet, spayed and well fed. She is chipped, but owners have not responded to calls from shelter or vet. She is really loveable with everyone and needs a foster or forever home.

Chula is Chipped and the vet who scanned her tried several times to call and text the owner but no answer and voicemail was not set up. We brought her home for the night but will need to take her to Inland Valley Shelter in the morning (Tuesday July 7)
