****New update**** North Texas Cat Rescue has updated us. This is very upsetting and we just want our cat back. She needs her home. She needs her family. She was found two days ago but North Texas Cat Rescue only told us just last night. They did not make any updates on posts until today that she was found. NTCR is keeping her from us for now and told us that they are going to talk to their board. They said they will make a decision about giving her back to us and we will hear back from them in the next couple of days. She wasnt seen by a vet until today. They did tell us she was okay and healthy.
*****Updated****** Ruby was found last night! Thank goodness but we are not sure of her condition. North Texas Cat Rescue contacted us and stated they had her and that she was found by an animal control. We are unsure where she was found and North Texas Cat Rescue is not wanting give us any information. We contacted McKinney animal control and they were not the ones that found her. NTCR stated that this was the 2nd time she was lost and they want to keep her from us. The first time she ran out was years ago and we called the North Texas Cat Rescue where we adopted her because she was chipped. Luckily we found her the same day. We aren’t sure what to do at this point. I’m just glad she was found and hope they return her back to us. NTCR is not telling us what her condition is or where she was found. Our family is so sad 😞 We have been worried sick and missing her all this time. Now she’s being kept from us. It’s heartbreak all over again. I’m so happy she’s alive and was found and pray they do not try to keep our cat from us.
