Cats usually stay pretty close to home within a few houses and wander around and hide. So any place a cat can climb in and hide it start looking. My daughter used tuna after about three or four days of hunting for her kitty when it got out. A little teeny bit in a bowl outside outside the back door left the back door cracked and another little teeny bowl inside and Shernoff. He just walked in the door and went straight to the tuna lol
