Linda Trevillian no, she's, is not chip. We are from oklahoma and it's really hard to find a place to do that in Oklahoma

I'm happy that this pup got back home. But no mention about whether he is chipped, his microchip is registered, and it seems that he was not wearing a collar with his license and ID and microchip tags on it. Those are the two best steps that all dog parents should take to give the dogs the best chance of getting back home if they get out.
