My heart breaks for this precious pup. She must be exhausted, thirsty and so scared. Hopefully owner and a group are out searching for her. Notify Nebraska Humane Society immediately. Post on Lost Pets of Omaha Area for more readers and services. Hopefully owner is a responsible owner and pup is microchipped and has a well-fitting collar with ID. OWNER: put your dirty clothes in yard and in garage with water and bed. Leave door open enough she can get in. If no garage, put items near door of your house she uses. Praying her sense of smell leads her home. Change dirty clothing out daily so scent stays strong. Walk entire area from where she was staying to her home, looking in, under, behind everywhere she could be hiding, stuck or hurt…back yards, ditches, vehicles, gutters, window wells, bushes, decks, sheds, garages. Knock on doors to ask if they have seen her and get permission to search their place. Have water and favorite food or treats available as you search, or try chix nuggets, burgers, hotdogs. I’m praying for this precious pup’s safety.
