Mamma is 14 years old and got out tonight when my grandaughter left my door open. She has never been outside since I've lived here. She is a very scared cat. But very sweet. Please contact me if you see her.

Judy Merrill Swaggerty - understand all this but you can close your kitty who’s home in another room to allow an access point to be left open for the missing kitty. Cats are pretty smart and can find their way home but not having an access point open for them will cause them to seek shelter somewhere else.

Kimberley Steel i have been walking the area by my apt all night long. I live in an upstairs apt therefore she can't get in from my windows if they are open.i have another cat in my apt and can't leave my door wide open. I have an appointment for my other cat today and when I go to the vet I will let them know mama is lost.

Since Mama was an indoor cat she probably hasn't gone far. Go out calling for her around midnight or in the early hours. She would hear you better then when it's quiet. Check with neighbors anywhere she might be hiding. Put posters up. Please share. Sending prayers you find her. ❤️🐾🙏

Go out side RIGHT NOW with a high powered flashlight and call her name, go up and down the neighborhood shining the flashlight under cars, behind trees and in yards.. Make color posters you can download off Pawboost and give them to every neighbor around, on your street and behind your house/apt so everybody knows she is missing. Post on all streetlights and trees and corner so people can see her and be on the lookout.. Go door to door knocking and give neighbors a flyer with he picture and see if anyone has her in their backyard or under bushes behind a shed or just plain hiding.. Check your neighborhood park and also put flyers up at local vet offices and pet food stores with her picture.. Post at Pawboost, Huntington Beach Community Voice & all other social media lost and found websites you can think of and locate from Facebook in Orange County.. To to ocpetinfo.com and see if she has been brought into there as a lost pet.. If kitty has a microchip, call the microchip company and notify them she is missing and update any personal information and make sure it is currrent. Post your PHONE NUMBER at the Pawboost site and on all posters/flyers and don't use only email contact at Pawboost, list your phone number readily available to call, if someone finds her and you want to be immediately contacted easily. Lastly, when you to to OC Animal Care in Tustin website, please check the DECEASED PETS page in case she was brought in there if she was hit by a car or a coyote attack. These incidents are only listed on their website for a few short days so check daily.. List her at NextDoor.com and other local social media websites.. Huntington Beach Community Voice is on Facebook, post there also....GO LOOKING RIGHT NOW.. She could be close by and scared and hiding.. Don't wait for others to find her.. She only responds to you. I hope you get her back and soon. It is dangerous outdoors with cars and coyotes.. Keep looking.
