Lou - it's been 5 days and no luck finding Charles. But I wanted to thank you for taking the time to type your message, as informative as it was and the time you took to type it. All I've been doing is highlighting and searching your links. Thank you!!!!!!

Look under lost dogs https://spcala.com/lost-pets/ and adoptable dogs: https://spcala.com/adoptable/ because after 4 days the dog will go up for adoption phone: 310 676 1149 Check also surrounding LA City and County Shelter websites, they put up photos of found dogs right away, keep in mind that dog's can run 10 miles a day every day, so check shelter websites daily. Lynwood is also close to the area serviced by the Downey Shelter on Atlantic Ave. website: https://animalcare.lacounty.gov/ There is also a shelter called SEAACA that receives animals from around that area: https://www.seaaca.org/ I pray your baby is found soon!
