Since it wasn’t on the s side of Waterloo the shelter also was nit able to pick him up i called both Guthrie and Edmond

I’m sorry I do not have him! He wouldn’t get in my car that day so the man at the house we were in front of let him stay in his yard and he slipped out again that evening
