Someone came on my property and dumped him. He is very old blind and deaf. If you can’t be a responsible dog owner don’t get a dog. They are not throw aways. So if someone has seen this dog on someone property before please contact me.

Post on Nextdoor and http://neighbors.ring.com. go online and notify the shelter since family will look there. Have a vet scan for a microchip, emergency vets can scan too and it's free.
