Very scared. Spotted it while walking my dog. She ran into a porch but I've never seen these neighbors with a dog. Very matted and in need of help. Saw her squat to pee so assuming female. Annchester rd

Shelley Emerson I posted an update after I lost sight of her, but here's another. After I lost sight of her I contacted animal control to see if someone picked her up, they haven't assigned a dispatcher yet. I left the case open for them to still come out and search. But so far I haven't seen her again. Either someone took her in or maybe The Karens could have picked her up? None of these places are notifying me of anything and I was told to let them handle it. I have no means to search for her so it's out of my hands. If I ever see her again I'll give an update.
