Very scared. Spotted it while walking my dog. She ran into a porch but I've never seen these neighbors with a dog. Very matted and in need of help. Saw her squat to pee so assuming female. Annchester rd

Update: She's not there anymore. I contacted animal control to ask if they have her but they don't. They said they will assign a dispatcher soon. I told them the address where I last saw her so hopefully they check around the neighborhood or check if the homeowner let her in. I can't imagine her going too far in her condition.
