More likely then not this innocent little dog has been willfully kept in this condition! Countless small and little dogs being HORRIBLY NEGLECTED AND ABUSED in DETROIT! If you find a dog in this condition PROTECT her or him! anyone claiming this dog and they do not show proof the dogs been missing for 3-4 weeks plus then the dog is being willfully neglected potentially abused. Do not turn the dog over to abusers or anyone who’s going to rehome of foster the dog in areas and cites notorious for dog abuse torture and abandonment! A REPUTABLE RESCUE or one RESPONSIBLE PATIENT loving person from the community to take in free scan for chip and care for her til a good home or foster home is secured. Please do NOT CALL ANIMAL CONTROL OR SHELTER! They MURDER DOGS who fail their tests given in a few ludicrously short days and for other reason like to make room for a more elidgible dog. This and all dogs in URGENT CRISIS DO NOT DESERVE THAT.

Who is the finder? How can the finder be contacted by dog rescues. Can you contact a dog rescue? This dog is suffering. God only knows what's under that coat and the skin condition could be horrible.
