Very scared. Spotted it while walking my dog. She ran into a porch but I've never seen these neighbors with a dog. Very matted and in need of help. Saw her squat to pee so assuming female. Annchester rd

Kell Hass some dogs do get out . One of my dogs got out while i was at work while in my brothers care and as soon as i got home hours later. Honey when i had repeat what he had just said to me i freaking lost it. I threatened him with death because i knew he wasn’t watching them. My baby had gotten into the neighbors yard next door because one of her wood planks were loose, and my baby crossed the street and into another neighbors backyard. I was pissed. I told him don’t take my dogs out anymore i will do it. I brought cameras for the house so i could watch the dog’s movements and his
