Dog seen off the road of 723. Followed it up the construction driveway. Was able to feed him some cat food from my cat but didn’t have water. Last seen wandering around construction area on 723 at Joerger Rd. Was too scared to let me near him/her otherwise would have grabbed and checked for chip
