Message from Finder

This dog was found circling a parking lot that we were at for about 3 1/2 hours after we decided to leave the restaurant she followed us to our truck took her to get chipped and she was not chipped. The people at Petco gave us some supplies to take care of her. She is currently at our hse with a backyard and two other dogs as friends…. She will be going to a shelter if we cannot find an owner. I left the owners of the restaurant my card in case somebody returns looking for her. Her actions and behaviors make me believe she was abandoned as she had a collar, but no badge on… she looks well taken care of and is treating us very well. I have yet to hear her bark.

God bless you for helping this innocent creature. Sadly you are probably right about him being dumped. You might want to try getting him in to Citizens for Animal Protection or Houston Humane Society as opposed to BARC. They are appointment only and a possible waiting list. I think BARC only takes citizen found strays on Sundays for a limited few hours. It’s so hard to help an animal unfortunately, so bless you immensely for your efforts.
