This dog appeared next to our hse on May 7th, after 4:30 PM. She's very afraid, defensive and sad. She doesn't let anyone get close. A neighbor saw her limping, with one injured paw. It's getting too hot for a dog to be outside. She's under a tree, with shade, on the grass and I managed to give her food and water that she took. She growls at me... a little less now. I first posted this on the neighborhood app NEXTDOOR. She looks identical to a dog seen the day before running from 15th to 11th Ave and Grovers. She ended up next to my hse at North of Grovers and 9th Avenue. Please spread the news, she cannot be in the heat and injured. She needs her family or some professionals to get her because she is very defensive and may attack. Although I think she's warming up to me after giving her some hamburgers and bacon... but she cannot be in this heat outside. Tomorrow it may get to 103º.
