Susie Parker FYI, Walmart will only release camera video to law enforcement. You need to file a complaint with the York County Sheriff so the video can be reviewed and maybe get the license number . If you are not willing to file the complaint it means that guy gets away with abandoning an animal in a public place which is against the law.
