Katie escaped through a broken window the other day. I just moved her from Chicago to Oregon a week ago and she is mostly an indoor cat and very unfamiliar with her surroundings. She is very shy but sweet and will approach if you are slow and gentle with her. She is not wearing a collar and her meow's sound like baby cries sometimes.
