Message from Owner

Still missing - Winston is a lost adult Persian cat and one day he just disappeared from West Denver (W 8th Ave & Yates St/nearest busy street is Sheridan Blvd). He has black, gray and white medium long hair, has very bright yellow eyes, a flt smushed face and a grumpy expression. He's also very vocal, friendly, likes to play with toys and has a big appetite! He was a stray, so I don't know how old he is. He had /has very matted fur and I've been able to remove about half of it and was hoping to get all of the matts off before the hot weather hit. I've been hoping that anyone he may or has come across hasn't mistakenly thought he was being abused because of the matted hair and is keeping him. He wasn't abused. He's been gone over a month or so and I've been scouring the neighborhood, checking shelters, vets and more. I just think someone has him and I MISS HIM SO, SO MUCH!!

Please go out at night after traffic noise has down, shine flash light under bushes and things cat can hide under and also in trees. Check out any green spots looking back at you. Call cat and wait for a meow back. CRITICAL INCASE CAT IS TRAPPED SOMEWHERE; start from where cat went missing and workout for a radius of 2 miles, knock on doors and ask in person if they will check sheds, garages, window wells, and other outside buildings for cat. ALSO, put cats bed or an old pair of your tennis shoes to help cat know where your porch is. NOT, a litter box that will attract other animals that may keep your cat away. Scared cats usually don't travel far from where they go missing and will wait for YOU to come find them. Also stop by local shelters and rescues everyother day to see if cat has been. turned in. GOOD LUCK
