Cook chicken on the grill..put catnip outside. Play YouTube videos of kittens crying and shine a laser cat toy around the bushes.

Awww, she's adorable. She's probably scared and hiding/seeking shelter nearby. Keep checking under nearby porches, decks, shrubs and in garages and sheds. Best times to search and call for her are dusk and dawn. Shake her treat bag while calling her name. In late afternoon/early evening until she's found, put canned tuna/fishy canned cat food outside your door and watch for her. The fishy food is important because they can smell it from farther away and hopefully she will come out from wherever she's hiding. Let your neighbors and mail carrier know that she's missing so they can be on the lookout for her. Put flyers up in the area. Post on Toledo and Surrounding Area Lost and Found Pet page to get the word out. Sending prayers for your sweet little Tortie to be safe and home very soon.
